Key Features Document (KFD)

The SMARTfund Platform utillises a Dynamic Key Features Document generator which Advisers can use to create their KFD for clients. If you would like a copy of an example KFD, then please contact us via e-mail.

How do I register to distribute a SMARTfund?

SMARTfund only accept investments from Investors with an authorised Financial Adviser. An Adviser should contact us for a Standard Form Distribution Agreement. When you have signed an agreement SMARTfund Administration will register you onto the system and provide you with login information to enable you to access the system.

After you are registered, to make an application you can login to the SMARTfund platform and access the relevant forms.

IOMA

SMARTfund Administration has agreed special terms with Isle of Man Assurance Ltd (IOMA) to provide SMARTfunds within their Offshore Portfolio Bond (SMARTfund), a whole of life unit linked insurance policy.

·            Initial Fee of 0.25% and an Ongoing Fee of 0.30%

·            Minimum investment of £25,000
